Recruitment of Ghanaian Registered Nurses to Barbados

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Ghana has officially announced the commencement of the recruitment process for Ghanaian registered nurses to Barbados. This follows the resolution of an anomaly that was previously identified on the recruitment portal.

According to the public notice released by the Ministry, the application process begins today, Thursday, 15th August 2024, at 2:00 pm. Prospective applicants are advised to formally access the application form on the Ministry's official website Here

Applicants should specifically click on the "Barbados application" link to follow the detailed instructions provided for the application process.

The Ministry also emphasized that there is no alternative application portal or any involvement of middlemen in the recruitment process. The public is therefore urged to report any suspicious activity to the Chief Director of the Ministry of Health to ensure the integrity of the recruitment process.

The deadline for submitting applications is set for Thursday, 22nd August 2024. Applicants are encouraged to complete their applications within this timeframe to avoid any inconveniences.

The public notice was signed by Alhaji Hafiz Adam, the Chief Director, on behalf of the Minister of Health. The notice has been circulated to key stakeholders within the Ministry, including the Honorable Minister of Health, the Deputy Ministers, and the Director of the Human Resources for Health Directorate (HRHD).

This recruitment initiative forms part of the broader efforts by the Ministry of Health to provide employment opportunities for Ghanaian nurses while also supporting healthcare systems in other nations. Applicants are advised to ensure the accuracy of their application details and to adhere strictly to the guidelines provided by the Ministry.
